Ready to Checkout?
Once you’ve completed your shopping, click the shopping bag icon in the top right corner to review your selections. On the following page, you can adjust quantities as needed. When you’re ready, click "Proceed to Checkout". You’ll be directed to a streamlined checkout page where all your details can be easily entered.
Please Note: Once you receive your tracking information, we’re unable to make changes to your order. This ensures your items are already on their way to you without delay.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Aurelle London offers free shipping within the UK.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
We ship all your items with tracking. You can monitor your order's status via the order status page, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please note, it may take a little time for the tracking details to be updated.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
We strive for prompt delivery. If you place an order on weekdays before 11 PM, we aim to process your order the same day. As many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, the average delivery time is between 5 to 14 business days.
I’M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?
If you are unavailable for delivery, your package will be held at a Royal Mail location for 7 days. The delivery driver will leave a notification with the pickup location. After this 7-day period, Royal Mail will return the package to our warehouse.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. We work quickly to process and ship orders, so there is a small window for you to correct an incorrect shipping address. If you believe you’ve entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please inform us. After 14 days from the delivery date, Royal Mail will launch an investigation, and we will keep you updated until the investigation is concluded.
