IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEMS OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you have received the wrong items or items that are defective, please email info@aurellelondon.com to discuss the issue further.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the products you received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are in their original condition and resalable.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the return shipping cost. Please note, we can not offer refunds or exchanges for items that appear used, opened, or are not in their original condition.

Request the Return Form:
Please request the return form. You can request the return form by emailing us.
Email your completed return along with a photo of the products you are returning to info@aurellelondon.com.
Label 'Returns':
Clearly mark 'Returns' on the outer packaging of your return.
Use a Trackable Shipping Service:
Use a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
Send Tracking Information:

Condition of Items:
All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs:
Please note, we currently do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Make sure all returned items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transport.
Trackable Shipping Service:
Ensure that all returns are shipped using a trackable, insured service. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.
